Department A - Beef/Dairy Cattle Department M - Crafts Department B - Goats Department N - Needle Art Department C - Sheep Department O - Clothing Department D - Swine Department P - Hobby Exhibit Department E - Poultry Department Q - Quilting Department F - Rabbits Department RFine Arts/Photo Department G - Farm Crops & Products Department S - Senior Citizens Department H - Flowers  Department T - School Entries  Department I -  Garden Products  Department U - Pets Department J - Herbs Department V - Baby Show Department K - Baked Goods and Candies Department Y - Horse Pull Department L - Food Preservation Department 4-H - 4-H Division* Exhibitor Information Departments How to Enter an Exhibit Each exhibitor will be assigned an exhibitor number which is to be used throughout the Fair, regardless of number of departments you are entering.  Make sure you give your complete mailing address when you receive your exhibitor number. You can obtain your exhibitor number, entry forms and tags as follows: a. To avoid entry day rush, the Fair office will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00PM on Sunday preceding the Fair to    issue exhibitor numbers and necessary entry materials. DO NOT BRING YOUR EXHIBITS AT THIS TIME.   Exhibitors from the previous 3 years do not need to obtain a new number. b. Get your exhibitor number at the entry number table at the Fairground on Wednesday of Fair week between the hours of 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM. before taking your exhibit to the appropriate building to be entered. You will need to complete the following before your entry can be accepted. Each department will have volunteers on duty to assist you if needed: a. Entry sheet: you will need a separate sheet for each Department in which you are making an entry. ENTRY SHEETS MUST BE FILLED OUT BEFORE ANY ENTRY TAGS WILL BE ISSUED. Click here for a copy of the entry sheet. b. Entry Tag: you will need to complete an entry tag for each exhibit. c. Be sure to use the same exhibitor number for each entry. Exhibits will be accepted at the Fairgrounds from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday of Fair week only with the following exceptions:  Dept. T - School Division, and Dept. H - Flowers and Livestock Departments (All livestock must be on the grounds by 9:00 pm on Wednesday) No entries will be accepted after the closing dates and times. Avoid the long lines and rush on entry day. Exhibitors can take advantage of pre-entry. Pre-entry Exhibitor Entry Sheets and exhibit tags will be already completed and available for pick-up at the Main Entry Table. After pick-up of exhibit tags, the exhibitor will proceed to the appropriate department. On the web Online Pre-Entry will be available again this year for your convenience. Online livestock entries will be accepted until Thursday, September 2nd at 11:59 pm.
